StableLab Pack 2 Now Available
We are pleased to announce that StableLab Pack 2 has now been finalised and will be dispatched from IV Horse HQ this week and next. Pack 2 will include New Naturals Mane and Tail Detangler, No Sweat and Riders Handie Creme for testing.
Existing Test Teams who completed reports for all products in StableLab Pack 1 by the 7th June have automatically qualified for Pack 2 - this will be dispatched to you in the next week or so. Please use your existing Test Team ID and password to login to the StableLab web site and submit your reports and testing shots when your pack arrives.
A new group of over 40 Test Teams, who applied after the last Pack cut-off point and have been held on file for this send out, will receive their Test Team ID and password in the next couple of days. Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand not all applications can receive this latest Pack. Applications are processed in order of receipt so any received after our latest cut-off point will be held on file until the next send-out where they will be given priority.
If you receive Test Team ID and password details this means your application has been successful and your Pack will be on its way to you. Please get in touch with us in the unlikely event that you do not receive your pack in the next 3 weeks.
If you applied but do not receive your Test Team ID and password in the next couple of days, unfortunately you have not qualified for the second StableLab Pack, but your application will be placed on file for the next send out.

What's StableLab?
StableLab is a unique collaboration between IV Horse and our customers in riding schools, clubs and equestrian organisations - our StableLab Test Teams - across the UK. The project takes the form of a series of tried and tested trials involving our Grooming and Maintenance products, similar to those you may have seen in equestrian magazines.
Why all the testing?
Although our in-house experts ensure our Grooming and Maintenance products meet the strictest standards of usability - manufactured using only the finest approved ingredients - we think it's really important to tailor products to our customers' wants and needs, however unusual!
That's why one of the most important stages in our Grooming and Maintenance range's development takes place not in scientific testing labs but in stable yards, where our customers tell us what's great (and sometimes not-so-great) about our gear. This helps us to make products that are much more ergonomic and effective, offering greater value for money.
How does it work?
After applying to become a StableLab Test Team, you and your friends will receive your FREE StableLab Pack, containing some great IV Horse products for you to keep! All we ask is that you agree to test each one, take some pictures and send us ratings on each product, as well as what was good (even not-so-good) about each item.
Sending us your ratings is easy and is all done online - all you'll need to do is complete some quick and easy forms and you're done! Plus, any Test Teams that complete testing on a StableLab Pack will automatically qualify to receive the next Pack absolutely free, which is sent out later in the year. Even more IV Horse goodies will be winging their way to you, absolutely free!
